How do you get the money - You attend a 1 hour state funded class about home buying and receive a certificate. Certified lenders from local banks will take care of the rest and notify you when you are approved for your money; It only takes a few weeks. Contact me here for more details about class dates.

Basic Home Buying Steps:

1. Contact a lender to get pre qualified. This is done over the phone and only takes 15 minutes. Later, when you find a home you will gather your documentation to back up your finances. This is typically a few pay stubs, bank statement and a recent tax return.

2. Contact Your Realtor or Search the MLS for Homes at www.BrevardAccess.com. Your realtor will guide you through the offer and contract process to make sure you get a complete and correct contract with home inspection periods, financing contingencies and cancellation clauses as well as any other particulars that may apply.
